Fabricated new two shelf map box. Located all instruments and radio's in
new panel , wired and have all working on the bench prior to instalation in fuselage.


Fabricated new skin aft of cabin and installed. No more multi antenna
holes.

Cessna 150 seat rails...


New instrument panel installed and painted. The "V" brace was taken out
with the old panel, bead blasted , epoxy primed and painted . Reinstalled with new panel.


Out of the paint shop !
Getting the big parts bolted back on.
Now for the details ...
Getting rid of the Imperial valves on the side panels and installing an Allen
fuel valve in the original fuel valve position on the original mounting bracket.
Luscombe did not install fuel sump drains in the bottom of the tanks. This is a simple add on.
This is a BN-1 spinner with 3" cut off and then fitted to the bulkhead.

Zolatone "grey stone" sprayed on the baggage floor
Stainless escutchen around fuel filler neck sealed with B-2

Cowling , prop & spinner installed
Almost finished . Interior is all that's left.
Leather & Wool - The seats, headliner &
wall panels were done by Leather Specialties of Georgetown Texas , owner Bruce Lavorgna.
We used Polyboard backing on the headliner and side panels.
LED map light ( Aircraft Spruce p/n 11-04387) & micro switch
( Aircraft Spruce p/n 11-00785) .
A little extra "bling" Music input jack on the
left and instrument light dimmer on the right. Notice the wall panel pieces we made so not to loose the instrument panel space.
High back Cessna 150 seats.
